Rear Driveshaft removal??

This is goign to sounds stupid, but I'm really not sure. My rear u-joints are trashed, causing my latest vibration problems. My question is this: When I take the slip yoke out, is the tranny going to drain out? I just want to figure out beforehand so i can go get more fluid. It's an AX-15.

No, your tranny won't drain out. You might lose a little out of your transfer case though.

Don't park on a hill and you'll be fine.

If you haven't pulled it already, I'd suggest draining atleast SOME of your fluid from the t-case.
