ZJ coil spring dimensions

Can someone give me or point me to where I can find the dimensions for the ZJs coil springs? I need outside diameter, unloaded height and loaded height.

Thanks.

Re: ZJ coil spring dimensions

Not to be picky, but Up Country/Non Up Country/ V8/I6?

They'll all have the same OD, but the heights may be slightly different.

Come to think of it, they won't be all that different. The UC springs are virtually the same height, just with a higher spring weight, so the vehicle sits about 3/4" higher due to less compression.

I drove the ZJ today - I'll go outside and check.

Not sure on the engine but non up country. Thank you for taking the time for me. I'm comparing a couple options I have for donors for a coil conversion.

Re: ZJ coil spring dimensions

Front springs are 5"X11 3/4".

Rear springs are 5" X 9".

Couple things to keep in mind - these are UC V8 springs on an I6 ZJ. But the weight difference between the two motors is minimal. Also, these measurements are taken from the low side of the Jeep, as it's parked on an (approximately) 15* incline, sideways.

But...all factors accounted for, you should be within 1/2" of the compressed heights.

Thank you so much. It looks like they will work for what I have planned.
