Re: Cool Jip!!!

Ya know- I bet if I sold off all 4 of my Jeeps and my "big" sailboat- I could probably afford a downpayment on that sucker (provided they would finance me in the first place).

I'll file it away under "when I hit the lotto"

That's just about the most perfect vehichle I could think of though!
I wonder how much work it would be to do something like that on an old Full-Size Cherokee/Grand Wagoneer frame...?

Re: Cool Jip!!!

For sure a very cool Jeep. It looks like it would be a compact pick up. You know what would be pretty exellent. A Jeep "truck" just like that only in the mid size and also the full size. How cool would that thing look if it was the same size as an F-250. The smaller ones would be great for trail, and the bigger ones would be exellent for WORKing. It has been far too long since Jeep had its name associated with a large truck that could do a days work.

Re: Cool Jip!!!

That picture was taken at the SEMA show in Las Vegas last week. The truck was shown in the Jeep / Chrysler booth, but it is an AEV creation, as was mentioned.

The fact that it was shown in the booth with Jeep and Chrysler must say that there are some relationships there between the makers.

It was very well-done, in my opinion, and was one nice Jeep. The tub and bed are 2 separate pieces, like a regular pick up truck.
