What do u think of this set-up

Hereís the situation.

I have a 93 YJ 4.0. I want this to be a daily driver and an off-road capable mud flinging, rock crawling, snow digginí, water forging and sand hill climbing Jeep. Here is the set-up Iím going for:

Dana 44 front and rear w/superior axles and Ox lockers w/ 4.11 gears
NV4500 Super combo w/ Atlas II transfer case
* Old Man Emu spring packs
* Rancho 9000 adjustable shocks
Spring over axle set up over the Dana 44
* 1 inch body lift
* JKS sway bar disconnects
* JB Conversion short tailshaft kit
35 inch TSLís or BF Goodrich M/T
* Borla Exhaust (Header & cat back)
Revolver style rear shackle
* Greasable shackles
* Rock bumpers front back and sides
* On board air

*=indicate I already have these

What do you think? Do you think this will get me to where I want to be? Did I miss anything (like the microwave). Does anybody have a similar set up. Let me know if there is something wrong with this set up before I start buying these parts.

Thanks

Re: What do u think of this set-up

You are talking 35" MTRs and an OD 5 speed trannie but only 4.11 gears
I run an NV4500 + 35s and 4:88 is perfect with a 4:1 low transfer case gear set.
100:1 crawl ratio and excellent hiway gearing in over drive.
Even with a 3.8:1 TC gear set you should have at least 4.56 gearing.

Re: What do u think of this set-up

I've heard a negative comment on the ARB that the lines can sometime freeze up during the winter from condensation left from the compressed air. I don't know if this is true so people with ARB's, please confirm this.

Thanks Jaffer. This is the kind of information I am looking for.

Experience is always louder than ideas.

WIth a 4.0L? Humm... you may wanna stroke that little bugger or install a 5.0L or higher. IMHO... with mud and sand there's no subustitute for HP.

Re: What do u think of this set-up

I haven't heard of the ARB freezing up, but heres a thought on the cable locker!!! How many jeepers here have went through some water and mud in the winter and the next day you go to take off and find out your emergency brake cable has frozen in the ingaged position!!!! Ive owned three jeeps now and they have all done it to me so I know that it isn't a freak thing. Im sure th OX locker has a covered line but nothing is a 100% water proof.... Just a thought anyways!!!

Re: What do u think of this set-up

id look into that new german locker.. you can get it.. in vacuum... air.. or electric.... 100% selectable.. for all axles.. soon to a store near you... for $690.. is what ive heard...
check it out here..

http://www.killeraxles.com/html/offroadtec_locker.html

id also nix the 4.10's.. i run them with just a 4 speed.. definetly go with 4.56's.. 4.88's will raise your rpms alittle at highway speeds.. and i dont like pushin straight six's like that too much.. but it will depend on how much road drivin you do.. and not around town.. but 2+ hour road trips..

id also stay away from the tsl's.. for a road tire.. bfg m/t's are great.. and i really liked the mtr's im runnin... but i have yet to drive the new km's..
