electrical problems 78 cj-5

ok, the stupid carb was a pita again so i didn't drive the jeep for a couple of days. I fix the stupid carb again and go out and fire up the beast, runs great, no problem except that the radio is emitting this horrible feedback noise. also the heater blower and teh wiper motor dont work, but if i turn the switch for either of them on the radio goes blank and stops making that horrible noise. haven't had time to really look for any bad wires/grounds which it probably is, but was just posting for suggestions when i do have a chance. thanks

man i cant wait until i get this tbi put together and can launch that pos carb.
