How do I shrink a pictures to put on this page?

The pic i am trying to post says its only 688,000 bytes. In the attach page it says it's to big to post.

you need some sort of image editing software or save it as a smaller file size by changingthe file format, i.e jpegs are samller than BMP due to compression of file size. if you need you can email me the pict and I'll size it down for you. [email protected]

Download a trial copy of Paint Shop Pro 7 from It will do anything you possibly want to do, and is no where near as complex as Photoshop.
