Putting a 4L head on the 258

Is it possible to swap the heads out on a 258 to that of a 4L H.O.? If so, what are the main technical issues that need to be addressed. Also, as a kind of side, I noticed that in my freinds 83 XKE Jaguar, he had a 258 straight six under the hood. I was wondering if any one thinks that it would be possible to borrow certain items such as fuel injection and the intake/exhaust manifold for my Jeep? Never mind the practicallity of jag parts, but is it possible?

Did this swap last winter. Good upgrade. Do a search and you will find more info than you can possibly digest in an afternoon. There are also lots of web sites dedicated to the upgrade.
