YJ: heater core replacement question

How many nuts are there in the engine compartment that have to be removed?
It took almost 2 hours to remove the battery tray due to rust so I decided to liquid wrench the studs and wait for another day to continue. I found 3. Are there more?

Did you find the one behind the engine close to the middle of the jeep?

Re: YJ: heater core replacement question

I haven't found the one behind the engine yet. Not much space there, and there are a lot of wires and hoses. Hope I can find it.
Thanks

Re: YJ: heater core replacement question

Bryan- just did the same . I encountered 4 nuts as follows: one near the blue capped idle relay at the hood hinge , one behind valve cover at valve cover height, one above heater hoses , one below heater hoses . Size : all same at either 1/2 inch or 7/16 .
