kinds O/T DOdge axles how to identify..

my cousins got 2 axles for sale, out of his 89 full size Dodge pickup , its got a 360FI behind an auto any one know what these axles are, the front axles uses the stupid vacuum disconnect.. i'm guess at least D44's maybe a D60 in the rear? how far off width wise are these to fit a YJ? anyone intersted..i'm not sure of his asking price yet, they are in great shape....thanks!

Most likely it's a dana 44 front and a chrylser 9-1/4" rear. For the dana axles, look in the webbing to the bottom right of the cover. The model will be cast into it as raised numbers.

I have a friend with the same truck, but his has the 318, and he has a D44 front with Chrysler 9 1/4" rear, 3.23 gears. Incidentally, his pinion is on it's way out so we are looking for a new rear axle as they ain't cheap to repair.
