Anybody knows how ot use the Post Reminder, Favorite Thread and Favorite Board tools under "My home" ? If I want to quickly view threads I posted to - beside searching - how to do it?

Re: OT - How to use some BBS functions

Favorite thread can be added by clicking on "Favorite!" at the bottom of each thread. They will then show up in "My Home"

You can click on "Favorite Forum!" at the bottom of the forum page you want to add to get the same result with Boards.

This link:

http://bbs.off-road.com/ubbthreads/dosearch.php?Cat=&Forum=All_Forums&Words=[**INSERTUSER HERE**]&Match=Username&Searchpage=0&Limit=25& amp;Old=allposts

After you change the [**INSERT USER HERE**] to kutyafal or whoever you want, can be bookmarked. I am not sure if there is another way other than turning on email notification when you post.

I am not sure what Post Reminder is, but I hope the other questions are answered

Re: OT - How to use some BBS functions

Post reminder is the little finger with string tied to it at the bottom of a post. You click on that icon while in the post you want and it adds that post to your reminder box on your home page. I don't think there's a way for it to email you a reminder, it just stays in your reminder box until you reply to the post or delete the reminder.

Thanks, everything is clear now! Yeah, I can set up gears but can't figure out how the BBS works. And I'm a computer professional, lol!
