Re: Advance auto parts 4-wheel Jamboree Is it worth it

I live in VT and there is a 4X$4 jamb here every summer. Same cercit. It is 100% worth it to go. IF you like trucks and Jeeps then you will love it. The event here in VT is two days long and tickets are $12 per day. I like it so much and have such a good time there that if they charged me $100 per day I would still go!!! My advise is to GO, and have fun. Next year after the 350 is in I hope to bring my Rig and show it in the VT show.

Re: Advance auto parts 4-wheel Jamboree Is it worth it

I went to the one in VT this year and last year. They're OK, I paid $15 to get in for one day. It didn't take too long to see all the rigs, we were there about four hours.

This year wasn't as good, because it was mostly the same rigs as last year, but we spent three days camping on Lake Champlain and getting drunk.

Re: Advance auto parts 4-wheel Jamboree Is it worth it

It was worth it, i wached the rock crawlong for a few hours, walked around and looked at winches and tires. Kinda nice to have 5 brands of tires side by side so you can compare them.. My father in law got introduced to the four wheel comunity by going. he got a kick out of me, 10 min after i got there I was on my backunder a jeep with the owner of a custom rig exploring the fine art of building rear wheel steering.
