cj5 goin backwards problems

i dont know if any of you guys have this problem or not, when i hit reverse in low speed taking off it shakes like a b*tch, sounds like axle wrap or sumthin but its got the (what it looks like to me) is adjustable track rods on the rear, but if i give her hell in reverse its not that bad....??

I've seen it before, and it usually leans towards a clutch on the way out.

I agree with Allockedup. A bad clutch plate will make it do that.

Just to make it your third opinion. Look at the clutch plate.

Possibly trans, t-case, or engine mounts too. Light load they bounce, hard load they twist and stay put.

ive looked at the engine mounts before and they are none too pretty, the clutch i dont know about yet, havent had time to look but it takes a lot of weight to keep it in, dont know if its supposed to be like that or not but im around 155-160lbs and my legs get wore out from driving around town a bit,i just thought id ask and see if anybody had this problem, by the way, anybody got a th400 for sale or trade?
