If you have good quality shocks then I would say take off the sway bar. Since your Jeep is totally stock then I assume it sees a lot of road miles.
A lot of people here will tell you to take the sway bar off compleatly. I took mine off a while ago and I don't see myself ever putting it back on. Not having it really helps you flex off road. If you have good shocks on the front and your springs arnt too soft then you won't notice that much of a difference on the road.
I would NOT take the front track bar off !!
But you may try taking the rear track bar off. Again a lot of people will tell you that it will help the rear flex. When I put the 4in lift on my YJ I had to disconnet the rear axel to get the old springs out, and place the new ones in. I could not for the life of me get to bolt out that holds the Rear track to the axel. So I cut it off. (the whole mount) Took out the track bar. I don't notice any difference on the road.
Steer clear of taking off the front track bar unless you want to be all over the road.
