Hard top and half doors can go together?

i have a 93 yj with a oem soft top, and i recently bought a hard top for my jeep. i was think drive around with no upper windows until i can get some to match the hard top but my half doors hit the hard top. it isn't very much just a quarter inch, but i cannot close the doors all the way and the doors have already started to chip at the hard top, is this suppose to happen? and also when i open the tailgate, the right upper side of the tailgate drags on the hard top also, is that suppose to happen to?

the top was off of a 93 renegade so it should fit perfect, but obviously it doesn't . I have tried adjusting the windshield by taking off the roll bar and moving the windshieldbut that doesn't help at all

is there suppose to be some kind of plate of something under the top? because it seems that the back part of the top just needs to be lifted about 1/2 inch.

you should be able to adjust the door but moving the hinge bolts on either the dooo or the tub or both.
