Hub problem...

The dana 30 in the front of my CJ5 has just recently started to force grease out from around the bolts for the hub on the right side. I havent done any work to them or greased them for several months. Any ideas what may cause this?

Re: Hub problem...

Well, please fill out your profile. Which hubs do you have? What year jeep? The bolts probably loosened up and the hubs were over-greased, so some is coming out. I'd remove them, clean them up, regrease properly, use some RTV, and tighten down to spec, using loctite, lock washers, or studs.
