American offroaders\' wake-up call

I don't know how much of this is true... But it sounds about right with all I read...

all your efforts for land use, do you know what you're really fighting for??? I don't think you're aware.. Here's a link to help a little..

Typical Trafficant rant. I like the guy, but he's a nutcase nevertheless.

Jim Traficant? I was having trouble concentrating wondering if that thing on his head was going to wake up and start moving around. He's a pretty colorful guy, even moons people. He's not quite in touch with reality sometimes. He was recently ousted for racketeering and other charges. Used the simple son of a truck driver as his defense. I still like him though, he's kind of like a Technicolor train wreck.

I don't know what restrictions US patents would place on Japan. Those patents also expire. I think the period was seven years back when television was invented. As long as it took to get started, the patent would have run out long before production ever began.

The loss of manufacturing has a lot to do with nobody wanting to do it. The shoe and garment industry are good examples of this. Also, would you want to pay the prices for American made clothing. We just can't compete in some fields.

I know he's way off on the currency thing however, it is just play money now.

I've never heard what he was talking about on the land grab before, I suspect he was just making it up as he went along.
