T-18 input shaft swap info needed

this is a long story, but what I need is the 5" thick adapter that goes behind the long shaft t-18 bell housing and before the transfer case.
its to mount a big block ford to a t-98 4 speed from a 67 m-715.... and I think that adapter will do the trick...
I know there are some folks who have swapped to the shorter shafts out there... anyone still have the adapter laying around?
