steering shaft question - last question

Hey all,

I've been looking for a way to replace the stock setup on the steering shaft that connects to the box with that coupler setup. I know that flamingriver makes joints and stuff but can't find what I am looking for... Am I not seeing it or do they not carry it? Any help would be great. Thanks.

Not sure if I understand... Are you looking for a coupler? or which part? If the coupler, several of the Jeep parts suppliers carry those.

Thats just it.. Im not even sure. I see in the quadratec catalog that they sell replacement shafts. However the end at the box is different. it looks like they slide on the splined shaft on the box and tighten down on that. Instead of using the stock setup with the coupler and those square things that also go bad.

Does this make sense?
