Need brake hose part numbers

Well, I found out yesterday, that my brake lines are definetly not long enough in the front. I know that there are brake hoses from other applications that are a lot longer. I was using braided lines meant for a 4" lift. Any help would be appreciated. I also have roll over number 2 under my belt haha. Oh yeah, it's for a 79 cj-5 with waggy calipers.

If you just need 2" or so, make up a short section of rigid line to extend the existing lines.

Re: Need brake hose part numbers

I used lines for a '79 Blazer 2x4. They are plenty long and only required a slight drilling (thru the banjo) to fit. best of all, they were only $35 for the set and can be found at most rural parts stores (if you need to replace them in the woods). Here's the write-up I did with part #s at the bottom:

Re: Need brake hose part numbers

The fronts are PN 38286, as was mentioned in the other post. They are 36 5/8" long. The rears are PN 36537 and they are 24 5/16" long. Both are NAPA part numbers.

The stock front hoses are 16" and the rears are 17".

Re: Need brake hose part numbers
