360 update and Oil Question

Well I got the 360 all in the only thing I am waiting for is a pressure hose for my power steering and exhaust parts. I have still been driving it (just loud and steering is hard) And Wow what a difference between the 258. I don't know what people are talking about when there is a 258 vs 360 question and they suggest the 258 is fine. Yeah it is a nice motor but it doesn't compare to the 360. Any how I was just wondering how much oil your 360 takes? I put in 6 quarts but according to the dipstick I am going to have to drain about a quart out. thanks Mike

Re: 360 update and Oil Question

That's right. The 258 is 6 qts, the 360 is 5. I don't really get the argument either. The 360 puts the weight closer to center, and it weighs about the same as the 258. Power and torque are better, though reliability is a little less.
