Kinda neat, but YUK.........not my taste. I bet it would leak in the wet climates.

Very cool, if impractical....but then again, that's what makes it cool! Not my bag of tea either, but hey, I can appreciate something even if I wouldn't need it!

Re: Gullwing CJ-5

That's pretty kewl with the doors like that, but come on, all in all, it's just a chrome plated POS, right? It's probably just me, but what's the point to this Jeep? Winning show contests I guess. Kewl design, but not quite tastefully done in my book.

Re: Gullwing CJ-5

i'll give him credit, he probably worked pretty hard to get it in that condition, and heck, it looks a hella lot better than my old CJ!

but like someone said it was built to show, and im sure it actually does good at shows, but i'd be afraid to hurt it offroad. I'd prolly end up smashing the chrome bumper ripping off the skid plate and getting all the pretty parts alllll muddy...what a tragedy

Re: Gullwing CJ-5

When I veiewd this I had four thoughts:

1. Can it fly?
2. I hope that chrome and stainless ain't Steel Horse.
3. He should have done it right and split the door in half.
a. Top half goes up...
b. Bottom half becomes stairs.
4. Hummm... I wonder how sucide doors would look on a lowered Jeep?
