Automatic Transmission Mount Configuration?

The mount that I have for my 727 has no rubber on it at all. I would have thought that even an auto would need some type of vibe dampener and the ability to move alittle. So I suspect my mount is incomplete.

Can someone enlighten me? How about a pic?

Re: Automatic Transmission Mount Configuration?

For the CJ's the mount is the same for auto or stick. You do still use the torque arm bracket and the bushing/stud is also the same for auto/stick. The only diff being the auto's have a "W" shaped steel mount that bolts to the trans, then the rubber/poly mount bolts between that and the skid plate.
