Full Cage

I'm in the process of removing my cage for some body work, and I started thinking about a full roll cage. Does anyone have pics of their ideas, or creations. Pbmcauliffe your internal cage has given me many ideas any more pics other than the rocker skids with the teaser of the cage?

Re: Full Cage

Here it is a couple, if you search back a ways there is some really good pics of some other recent ones by bluesman, rice701 and some others as well.

Here is the current back shot, I am about half way thru adding some more rear triangulation, inside tire rack and some form of door bars.

Re: Full Cage

I like that cage, does it wind up with a seat hight boost or drop?
I remember seeing that in a thread a little while ago, did you build that? How hard was it?

Re: Full Cage

Andrew, The seat height is a bit lower than before, I built it so I have some clearance from my noggin to the tubing, but high enough not to limit forward visibility. The cage so far was pretty easy and straight forward since it is a Smitty front kit, straight runs and I have built a few the same way. The cooler/spare tire mount, side bars and rear tubing I am doing now are a little tougher since everything seems to need multiple angle coping for the ends and such limited space for what I want to do.
