T-18 tranny mount question??

I now have installed the T-18 tranny and model 20 transfercase in my Flatfender. Now I need to find a transmission mount that will work with my original transmission crossmember. I don't have much room there when the crossmember is bolted right to the frame. I could lower the crossbrace if necessary. Anyone know of a transmission mount that may work?????
Thanks
Mark

Re: T-18 tranny mount question??

When I did mine, I used new flatfender poly body mounts. I bolted a 2" by 10" strip of steel to the flatspot in between the tranny and transfercase. then I used the body mounts on the ends. Worked out great.

That is a most excellent idea...then there is no need for a torque arm. You rule, lol!
