Needing wheels

Hey all....I'm looking for 15x8 rims for my 97 TJ....I really would like to get used ones since I'm setting the rig up for off-roading and I dont really want to put too much money into rims....

If anyone has a set of 4 they want to get rid of, let me know!!! I would perfer 5 to be honest but if I have to purchase one at new cost, that aint that bad....

Thanks,
Jim

Filling out your profile will get more responses.
If you want to use the wheels off road, I would suggest steel wagon wheels. About $40 each new. Check your local tire store.

Re: Needing wheels

I picked up a set of used rims froma guy on the side of the road selling wheels and tires out of the back of his van. set of 4 chrome Ford rims that had some surface rust. sanded, primed and painted black, Grand total $45 for all. Check a junk yard, they always pull the rims that are worth selling.

Re: Needing wheels

Definitely look into wagon wheels. Those boogers are cheap, and tough as nails. Cost effective as welll. As I type this I'm thinking of where to get some cheap used ones. I cant think of anywhere, but the search is ON!

I'll get with you if I find some! Check out FS forums!

Re: Needing wheels

There's a set of 15x7 5 spoke Jeep wheels @ 125 before any bids.

Here's the link:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1844252393

Email him and see if he'd take $125. Or spend $75 more for the black steelies, new. lol!
