thinking about a land cruiser i saw....but how muc

i work with a guy with a 1969 toyota land cruiser. some through body rust. 120000 original miles. solid frame. runs ok. all original. whats something like this worth?

I live in Portland, OR and that rig would probably go for about 4-5k in stock form. Most FJ40's around here are a good 2k more than a jeep in similar condition.

mucho $$$$$ If it is in really good shape -- no rust, good paint, interior looks good, engine in good shape, etc. $6,000-8,000 is a good guess if they know what it is worth.

Probably $2k more than a similar condition Jeep of the same year is a good place to start as stated above.

Especially if it is in good shape. It is pre-emissions, so those are like gold to people wanting to do swaps or resto's.

Tough vehicles, but very hard to get parts for. Those old FJ-40's are really cool, but are getting scarce now. They have possibly the most expensive parts in the world.

How much are they asking?
