OT - leaf springs for radio flyer wagon

I want to get a Radio Flyer type wagon for my daughter (she's only 11 months, but if I start now I can finish the mods) And I was thinking about putting a leaf spring suspension on it. Does anyone know where I can get some small spring packs for somethink like that, or would I have to get them made (which I probably won't do)

TIA

Try the local golf cart shops. They use small leaves and 1/4 eliptical for golf carts.

Re: OT - leaf springs for radio flyer wagon

When I built ours I used 1"sq. tube and built ladder bars for the back and droped the front mounts down and built a new back to clear the tires that I got off of a Honda 70. I know that this was not what you asked for but this worked for us. P.S. It was in Four Wheeler's readers rides I could look up the year for you if you want to see it.

To see a picture of our wagon look in a July 1994 of Four Wheeler, in Readers Rigs. I would post a picture if I had a way to do it. If some one could scan the picture and post it for everybody to see, that would be great.
