Re: jeep hauler needed- need info
Depends on several factors. What do you tow it with? And how much goodies you want to carry? 16' can carry the jeep OK but most guys want 18' so they can mount a box to carry tools and such. Also make sure you get one with brakes. I could list companies but they would be on the east coast and not close to you. If you don't get too many answers about ones close enough for you to pick up local to you, try the pirate BBS. They are mostly on the west coast and could probally tell you several that are within a couple hrs from your location. 3 buddy's of mine just bought the same type of trailers (18', tandem axle, brakes, full wooden floor, brake away kit,and light too) for a little under $1600 brand new. Super nice too. All each of them did was to add a utility box on the front for storage. But I doubt you would want to drive 2000mi to get one.
Good luck.
