Where to get spring in locking hub?

I'd rahter not buy another one, as this one was purchased used(recently).
The spring in it broke,so I don't think it will fully disengage.
I'm wondering if anyone has one, or knows where I can buy one?

If it is a Warn hub you can get parts straight from them or thru a dealer of theirs.

Re: Where to get spring in locking hub?

you could try a hardware store for springs that might fit or you could stretch the larger piece of your old one out.

just thoughts.

Re: Where to get spring in locking hub?

It broke right in half..
The spring gets smaller as it goes up into the hub(if I remember correctly) so a hardware store probably wouldn't have anything like that.
I'll just see if I can raid one from a jeep at the salvage...Though I kinda doubt he will let me part a hub out
