Well my decision would be that it popped the bead. Good pics. Wish we had rocks in south Florida.

The only way to answer that is if you were there. If you did not lose any air, the bead did not pop, the sidewall just folded. I think if you had popped the bead right there, you'd have rolled over.

I kinda hafta agree! If the bead would have broken, I would thing the rim would be on the ground.

...Well, It didn't. However, two items on my jeep-needs list moved to the top 2. Roll-cage nad bead locks!!

it sure looked like it was off. but evereone else is right to the rim would be on the ground if it had poped.

You gotta love those 4ply BFG sidewalls! Until you try to dismount them by hand; however a hi lift under the bumper against the tire does work great.
