powertank not working

anybody else experiencing theirs not working properly? i had the regulator acting up about 3 months after i bought it and they sent me a new one. this was about 7 months ago. the new one worked fine till today. i just re-filled it yesterday. it was working fine just before i got it filled. it filled all my tires but shut down when i was airing another guys. i tried everything short of tearing the regulator apart which i won't do. i will call powertank and ask for another. what gives? anybody else with probs? the system is awesome when it works.

Re: powertank not working

Maybe you got the model with the "square" guage on it.
Or was it ..... you were supposed to get the one with the square guage.
Actually I never heard of too many problems other than the freezing up of the regulator.

Re: powertank not working

no dave
un-fortunately it is the old, out-of-date, antique, obsolite ROUND guage. i knew better but i figured the air was going in ROUND tires and that was the way to go.

they do freeze up when using but the regulator is advertised to prevent "freeze clogging". i will talk to steve at powertank. i remember seeing an ad in a mag recently that said something about a new and improved regulator- i want one of those. i just figured someone else out there has had the same probs.
