anyone make their own sway bar disconects for tj?

I have it all figured out except the top nut, Should I wing nut it or put in a small hardened pin?

mine is a clevis pin w/ a hitch pin holding it on in place w/ washers on either side. Works well and was cheep, though my sway bars havn't been reconected in a couple months.

I keep hearing that that is how everyone is doing it, but I cannot wrap my head around it, Do you have a picture of it??

It is bound to be said... so I guess I will say it. Take the bar compleatly off, and don't worry about it any more. Or maybe just take it off for one week. See how it feels and if you can live without it. That is what I did, and I had every intention of putting it back on... three months later it is still sitting in the basement collecting dust.
