huge MC 2100 problem

well i installed my mc 2100 today, and it idled just perferct..but then when i went to take it on the road if i touched the gass just a litte more than to keep it goin i get some mad hesitation...i drilled my own PCV port, and the vacum reads the same as the bbd.... and help would be great

is the acelerator pump working or adjusted right. Thats where i would look first.

Push down the throttle and make sure gas sprays out. Also if it is working try adjusting it to the richest setting.

Yj, Sounds like you got the message I sent you and aside from the hesitation how did everything go with drilling the plate and hooking it up?

You know , your not the only one having this , myself as well as a few others on here . My carb is new , I still get the hesitation , its not real bad but its there. I just ease on the throttle to get past that point . My original 2100 did the same . I doubt whether all our acc. pumps are toast . I think there`s some fine tuning to be done here , I`m not a carb expert and was kind of hoping TR would jump in on one of these posts .
