Well, I got the spindle off. That was a great way to get some frustration out. I never hit the CJ like that. I got the new spindle on but I have some questions. In my Haynes manual and in the other magazines it says that the bearings should have bearing cups. When I bought the inner bearing it didn’t come with a bearing cup. It did fit perfect in the rotor and on the spindle. The outer bearing did come with a bearing cup, but it didn’t fit in the rotor far enough. Without the cup everything seems to go together. Is this the way it should go? Or did I screw something up big time.

Sounds like you didn't remove the bearing cups from the hub.
