Dodge 318 to Jeep Conversion?

Has anybody ever seen a Dodge 318 installed into a YJ? I have seen loads of Chevy motors, a few Ford motors but never a Dodge SB. I am trying to find out what is needed for the conversion. Will the 318 bolt to the AX-15? Advanced Adapters did not list an adapter.
Thanks

If you are talking about a 5.2 Magnum (318), use a 3.9l Dakota's bell-housing. This is a direct bolt and uses the newer style external slave.

I was talking pre-Magnum. Did the bolt patterns change from the Magnum to pre-Magnum?

??? I was told that the bolt pattern was the same, but the Magnums have a small cut-out for the crank angle sensor. Can't be positive on this. Visually, they look the same to me. I talked to a guy that had a 5.2 Magnum bolted in his 'Cuda, said he just notched the bell-housing.

Don't know about a YJ, but a guy locally tried to drop one in his CJ7. Didn't make it. Good engine and jeep, he just ran out of experience. Still sitting around, for sale, but too many $.
