MC 2100 ? ( Don\'t think this one has been asked)

I noticed the 2100 I am going to be using for my swap has no float bowl vent or not like the others I have seen. There is only a small hole about 1/4" with a metal plug/cap in it, on top of the air horn, where there is a barbed fitting on the others I have seen. Should I try and put some type of fitting in it and run a vent line, seal the plug, or ??.

It also doesn't have a PCV barb on the back, but just drilled the adapter plate and plan on putting a barb on it.
