Just one thing to add. My paint guy gave me a specific reducer for the temp I would be painting in (in 10 degree incriments). He said I don't have the equiptment or accurate enough measuring devices to even worry about being "exact" with the ratios. I eyeballed all of my mixtures (in a soup can, using the ribbed lines for ref.) and it turned out great! Don't sweat the mixture stuff, just clean clean clean!!!
BTW, I used 45 psi on my gun for the color coat, but you will have to do some test sprays to find out what works best with your setup. Start at 50psi or so and just do a quick shot at a test pannel (don't move the gun). If you have too much "dust" going away from the edges of the pattern, turn the pressure down. If it look wet, with a crisp/defined line to the edge of the pattern, turn the pressure up.
