Opinions: M/T Baja Claw radials

I tried a search on this but didn't find any great answers. First hand experience would be good. I managed to find a buyer for my 33" Wildcats at a great price so now i'm shopping for 35's. No sand or rock crawling here, just swamp, bog, muskeg, with the occasional rock. Swampers are out of my price range so either baja claw radials or wild country rvt's or some other cheapy tire. Any opinions??

It will never be finished unless it burns up in the woods.

I've not heard too many great things about the M/T Claws in the mud. If you're just running mud, take a look at the Gumbo Mudders.

Baja Claws aren't mud tires, they are (good) rock/desert tires. They aren't self cleaning. And the 35's are about 185 bucks a pop, not what I consider cheap...............

M/Ts or MTRs, Gumbo mudders or TSL radials are more or less in the same price range (well, maybe not the M/Ts) and are self cleaning. I would say get a mud tire.

I have seen them in action by a few people and they suck. They cake up like an All-Terrain, and don't clear worth a crap. I'd stick to a Mud-Terrain type pattern if you are only buying one tire.

This was a pic I took on a local run last spring when they first came out. The MT/R's, MT's, and of course Swampers all cleared fine.

Picture says a thousand words. I'm convinced, I actually found a great deal on 33/12.50/15 swamper tsl's so i'm going with them.
