Article on lifting gas tank because of body lift

i know we talked about it before but i can't find it, i have a 2 inch body lift and want to raise my gas tank up into the body more, anyone have the article on how todo it, or anyone do it? thanks!

i don't think it will work on YJs because of the crossmember that goes above the gas tank. it will work on TJs though.

I raised mine up about 1.5" when I had the body off. I cut out a section of the upper lip of the crossmember, made some drop brackets to bolt the tank to the top of the frame rails and re-bent the stock skid plate to bolt up to the back of the frame instead of under it. The tank can still be removed from the bottom if needed.
