where to get dana spicer gears?

i need some 4.10 gears for my 30 and 35. i will keep the rear trac lok and install a dana power lok in the front.

i want to use all dana-spicer parts. anyone suggest an outlet for these?

i did a search but didn't find the answer.

Re: where to get dana spicer gears?

You probably can get them from a Jeep dealer.Might be pricey there though.

Re: where to get dana spicer gears?

I talked to Randys in December and they quoted me about $160 per axle for dana spicer gears for dana 44. The guy I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable.

Re: where to get dana spicer gears?

I bought spicer gears from Drivetrain Direct. Their "Power Package" of 2 sets and full install kit was a real money saver. All made in USA quality.

Re: where to get dana spicer gears?

My vote would go to Drivetrain Direct also. Just one thought..what gears do you have now? If stock then I have a feeling your carrier will not work with 4.10 gears. You might want to verify that before you tear it all apart.

BTW, last time I ordered Genuine Gears...they were stamped Dana on the back of the ring.

Re: where to get dana spicer gears?

i'm running stock 3.55's. the rear carrier break is 3.55 and up so i will keep the trac lok in there. it still works good. the D30 carrier will have to be replaced. i am putting in a trachtech true trac- an LSD with gears. i was considering the spicer power lok LSD but the true trac was recommended by an installer.

Don't forget Drivetrain Direct will match prices too! Made me a great deal on gears (Dana) and a pair of Detroit lockers. Fast shipping too. Find your best price then give them a call.
