4.0 oil pan anyone?

I finally got everything put back together on my 4.0. Only problem is I don't think the 4.2 pan is going to work. I put it on and it didn't quite wanna go on right. I didn't really force it, but finally got it bolted down. I then went to take the drain plug out and realized that the bottom part of the pan was farther foward and not as big as the 4.0 pan. So I started thinking that the oil pick/screen must of been holding it up a bit, and that's why I had a hard time getting the pan on there. So I'm a little nervous now about running the 4.2 pan. So I think I'd feel better going with a 4.0 pan, but now need to figure out where to get one. I know Quadratec and 4wd Hardware have new ones, but they're about $110, plus shipping. So I was wondering if anyone on the board had one laying around they'd like to sell me? Let me know ASAP! I'm gonna call some yards on Monday, but doubt I'll have luck seeing as any wrecked TJ's or YJ's probably still had good 4.0's in them, and they'd of been pulled. Or else they'll all have 2.5's. Thanks a bunch!!
