Metric fittings

I looking for 5 mm tube (nylon) to 1/8" npt fittings. can anyone direct me to a source? I have looked in the MSC and McMaster Carr catalogs with no luck.

MSC can get a lot of things that aren't in their catalog. Their deal with a supplier usually allows them to get anything that supplier has, but MSC only puts significant- volume products in the catalog. If you have a local MSC sales office they will be very happy to help you; that's what justifies their existence. Otherwise call the 800 number on the catalog.

In St. Louis is a pneumatics and hydraulics house, John Henry Foster, that has a huge stock of fittings. There should be a similar company near you somewhere. Try asking somebody at a mining company who their hydraulics supplier is.

You could also try www.earls.com. They might have something like that.

company called swagelok makes alot of hydralic fittings and i've used their stuff before to go from alot of metric to standard.you may have to find a jobber who handles them.i'll bet they got it though.
