Manual ARB switch

I read the posts a few weeks ago on using a toggle type air valve (switch) to actuate an ARB. Before I buy my fittings I would like your opinion on what tubing to use. I have plenty of the ARB 5 mm (.1968") blue line but haven't found any fittings in that size for my 1/8" npt switch. I know 3/16" (.1875") tubing is smaller than the blue line, should I use that and adapt at the bulkhead fitting or can I use 3/16" (Push to Connect) fittings and "make" the blue line work?

Thanks in advance,

Re: Manual ARB switch

That blue ARB hose isn't very highly regarded around here ...
except for use on the short length for the exhaust port on the switch (if yours has one).
If you can afford it use the braided stainless sheath hose.
We get ours made up by the local hydraulics shop.
