My new output shaft

Advance Adapters really came through for me. I am their first candidate for the Scout Dana 300 output shaft upgrade. It is similar to the regular 300, but the one hole is clocked to the left a little. The housing is the same as a Dana 20 with a Dana 300 shaft.I understand they are making a Dana 20 upgrade kit too... This is an awesome upgrade for my jeep and a little confidence booster. The difference in size is huge. I am going to loose 2" off of my rear driveshaft, but I think this is a very worthwile upgrade. The yoke is the same as the Atlas 32 spline. Here is a pic with the old tailhousing beside the new one.

While this was out, I refined my Dana 18 twin stick shifters too. Can't wait to play......

Re: My new output shaft

does that also upgrade the shaft? looks sweet.. when i return.. i would like to put my d300 behind the t18.. but want the hd output shaft.. and 4:1 kit... but have also been looking into the atlas.. since its only a few hundred more.. and for the money.. think it might be worth it.. especially after the 401 rebuild.. mmmm..
