AXLE ALLEY, AZ..need gears,lockers,winch first

it's an awesome run requiring lift and tires of course along with the others mentioned. i still need the "others" and won't be long! just thought you might like to see some guys coming up some of the trail which approx 3/4 mile long all up a narrow wash. it SEEMS pretty easy cept for the first 8' vertical waterfall and the last, although TOM(red CJ) may correct me on this. the grey ford ranger was the only rig i saw make it without a winch.

it was sept-oct can't remember which. was the az jamboree thingy. i watched two days of groups going up the ALLEY. i can't wait to do it.

looks like you will be doing the alley before me. best i could do is meet you at the top as a "deadman" to winch off of with a cold one!

yep- i believe you on that one. i think the ford ranger has a longer wheelbase than the jeep? it was able to get the front end up on top of the ledge so the front tires could help pull it up.
