Where do you tie sway bar disconects

I have a 94 YJ and just installed JKS sway bar disconects. I dont know where to tie the bottom half, the top half is easy, just on the frame. But not too sure on the bottom half. If anyone is running these, please let me know what you do in the situation. Thanks

Re: Where do you tie sway bar disconects

I just tore my swaybar off, but before that I just broke the links off, and before that, I had a disco setup...
Just let them dangle, when they tear off on somthing thats a good sign to get rid of the sway bar.

Re: Where do you tie sway bar disconects

I swear, sometimes the answers on here from people make me laugh. I think his whole idea about asking was to tell you that he wanted a place to out the ends, not TEAR OFF HIS SWAYBAR!!!! Good lord, did you not read the question? "When they tear off, thats a good time to rip the swaybar off" Ummm.... maybe he likes having swaybars or something like that, I mean he did buy them. I dont know maybe Im dumb. I dont know what to tell ya man because I dont have that problem, so I guess Ill give ya an answer like Infernoz. How bout youi ummm...hammer hammer on down, rip em off i guess. This board amuses me sometimes.

With my disconnects, the nut on the bottom is tight enough to keep the disconnect from moving. Can you tighten your nuts enough to hold the bottom still?

Re: Where do you tie sway bar disconects

isn't a 94 same as my 87? i just dis-connect, tie the bar up to the existing holes in the frame on BOTH sides with large zip-ties and the bottom mount is fixed- it goes nowhere.
