4.3 chevy swap into a 95YJ

I have a 95 YJ 4-banger with 120k on it. I was considering a 4.3 Vortec swap and came across a 2000 donor with 15k on it. Comes with everything....(will run on the garage floor with a battery and some gas). My question is about the computer. It was pulled from an automatic Bravada. I believe i will have to re-program it to mate it with my stock 5-speed. If so how much $$ am I looking to spend for that.
Thank you for your thoughts

I'd suggest hooking it all up without programming the computer. A guy I know put a TBI 350 into a FJ40, pulled the engine, wiring harness and all from a late 80's K1500 with an auto. His FJ has a 5spd in it. Everything is working fine. Was amazingly simple, just busy work hooking everything back up.

Save yourself some trouble and headache down the road and get a different tranny. The AX-5 doesn't like to live behind a 4 banger, let alone a V-6. Heck just the adapter alone costs as much as the automatic 4L60E that comes with that engine in some cases.
