What size wheel ??
Buying BFG M/T 33x12.50x15's. Should I be wrapping them around a 15x8 wheel or a 15x10 ? I've seen both applications. Which is best? Also, what is the backspacing on the wheel that I should be using?

Re: What size wheel ??
i run the 8" rims.. like keeping the rim on the smaller side.. for protection.. and its cheaper.. also feel that it helps with keeping the bead on.. i regularing run my 35x12.5 mtr's at 8 psi.. with no problems.. my rims have the normal backspacing.. around 4"..

With my 35" BFG's I ran a 15x8 rim. Fits PERFECT!! I think you'd have more problems with rubbing the leafs when turning, and your tires would stick out a lot more with the 15x10's. I'm also running the normal backspacing of around 4".

stick with the 8" rims. the tire will "buldge" more on the sidewall than if on a 10" rim but that is a good thing if you wheel in rocks- keeps the rocks off the rim which will bust the bead.
