Look at it this way, it's an easy job to swap manifolds, and a new gasket will do wonders for a vacuum leak that easily occurs at the head to intake. The fel pro gasket set includes everthing you need. You might want to buy all new grade 8 bolts at the same time. Can't hurt.
My older jeep engine has a cast iron 2 bbl intake siamesed on top of the exhaust manifold to gain warm up heat to the bottom of the manifold, instead of the electric element on the newer aluminum intakes. Take a look at your set up and make sure you get both intake and exhaust if that's what you need.
