Building a flatty body, Anyone done it before?

Yeah, i got two sheets of 18 guage metal. used one whole sheet for the floor/firewall(bent it using a homemeade 6 foot brake) and ive cut out for wheelwells and used 3/4 in angle around the edges for stregnth, gonna use 2x1 channel under the floor for x members, have a spare cowl dash im going to put on it. anybody ever do this before? or have any pointers? I just finished the tranny tunnel , 4 inches at a time to make it easier. tht was fun, gonna do wheel wells tommorow.

Now that's just plain cool. I'm saving this one for the arcives... I've reubilt the CJ7 from the Cowl back... and seen it done with 14ga sheet metal, but never this ambitious. My hat's off to him.

I've seen one in a "Reades-Rigs" article somewhere, made entirely out of diamond plate.
Hat's off to ya' It should be a nice looking project.

STAINLESS!! BLING BLING! Im not made of dough, i figure 18 gauge will be plenty. I guess i could take some pics.....if i had a camera.I started building the transmission tunnel. Well, that suck, so many bends, i think 4 inch strips willbe needed to get all the bends right. sheesh.
